I'm seeking a skilled quantity surveyor for mid-construction of a residential project. Key responsibilities will include cost control and management.
Ideal Skills:
- Experience in residential construction.
- Excellent negotiation skills for change / variation cost.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts.
- Capable of producing variation costs, issuing and tracking through to completion.
Experience:
- Prior experience as a quantity surveyor in residential mid-construction is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in effective change / variation order control.
