Rental Agreement for Storage of Kitchen top materials
Budget: $12 – $30 SGD
I am a seller of Kitchen top materials (Nuovocorso Big Slabs). I am renting the place for keeping the stocks in one premise. So I would like to make the rental agreement with the following details.
- A : HK GLOBAL PTE LTD
- B : EC Stone Pte Ltd
- The Deposit (One time) : SGD 1000
- Rental Fee : SGD 1000 per month for 6Meter's length * 3.2Meter's width. Gst is exclusive
- A and B agrees each other to keep the countertop materials at the premise of B and provide the service of releasing the materials to the customers of A and showing the materials to the customers of A.
- A should pay the rental early every month in advance
- B is responsible to keep the materials and protect them accordingly.
- Rental fee includes the service of releasing the materials to the customers of A and showing the materials to
the customer of B
- Rental fee does not include the unloading of the containers.
- A should release the materials only after receiving the instruction from A.
Without instruction of A, A should not release the materials to anybody.
- In the event that B receives any inquiry from someone else, B should inform B of that first and get the
instruction before the release of the materials.
- Starting date of this agreement : Sep 20th 2021 apply retroactively
- Governing laws and regulations : This agreement will be governed by the laws of Singapore
- Duration of this agreement : This agreement will be for a period of not less than 1 years from the date of agreement. This agreement will be automatically renewed for a further one year at the end of the initial one year period unless otherwise agreed between the parties
- Termination of agreement : Both parties shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement upon 60 days notice.
- Both parties shall endeavor to cooperate each other based on the faithfulness of God
