Rental Agreement
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have a rental agreement for truck hire that I want to send out to people attached to a Google Calendar invite so they can add their personal details.
I will send the agreement to them through a calendar invite with the agreed dates already in place. I want them to open the agreement and fill in their personal details where required. When they add their name, I want it to also autofill in the other parts of the agreement where their name is required.
When they come to pick up the truck for hire, I will have an android tablet so I can add additional information like the odometer reading, pickup time and the quantity of the provided hardware.
Then they need to sign for it on the screen.
On the return of the truck, I need to add the return date time, the odometer reading and be able to sign again.
It would be handy if the difference between the two odometer readings was automatically calculated.
This doc would have to be opened and saved back to their calendar invitation for future reference and to provide the hirer with a copy.
I am open to suggestions of the best way to do this through PDF, Word or Google Docs.
