Put together a rent to purchase agreement
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Would you be able to put together a rent-to-purchase Utah agreement?
The agreements have to have the normal points a rent to purchase has plus it plus the following:
1- A purchase price
2- Ability to purchase at the given price after 1 year of renting.
3- 10% non-refundable deposit applied to the closing costs. (if the buyer is not able to go through with the purchase, this deposit is non-refundable)
4- 25% of the rental paid will be applied to the final purchase.
