Property Maintenance Service Contract
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I'm seeking a legal professional to draft a comprehensive service contract for property maintenance. This contract needs to cover a range of services including:
- Landscaping and gardening: Specifically Weekly lawn mowing and trimming, Monthly Garden bed Maintenance and shrub/hedge trimming
- Snow Removal: From public sidewalks, driveways, private access road and parking areas
The ideal freelancer for this job should have a strong background in contract law, particularly within the realm of property maintenance. Experience with service contracts related to landscaping and snow removal would be a significant advantage.
I have attached the scope of work needing to be preformed and included in the contract, exclude lines 9 and 10. they would like no plows or sanding included in the monthly contract, they would like those items to be preformed as requested only.
