Scope of Collaboration:
Company Incorporation (OPC, Pvt Ltd, LLP, etc.)
GST Registration & Filing
Income Tax Return Filing
ROC Filings & Annual Compliance
Trademark Registration
Documentation & Advisory
Audit Support (where applicable)
Our Collaboration Terms:
You will receive client leads from our portal based on your expertise & availability.
Work is assigned remotely; complete flexibility with time and location.
Revenue will be shared on a service-wise commission basis as per mutual agreement.
Freshers will receive guided support and real-time exposure to compliance operations.
Partners must maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical practices.
Requirements:
Must hold a valid CA/CS certification or be actively pursuing the same (for freshers).
Willingness to work on deadlines and collaborate using our internal tools (e.g., CRM/WhatsApp/Email).
Basic understanding of startups, GST, ROC filings, and relevant documentation.
