Product development term sheet

I am seeking a freelancer to assist me in developing a term sheet for my healthcare physical product. I may keep the product specifics and the collaborating companies undisclosed. I can fill in that information. We can call them Company A and B and Product 1, or some such thing. The ideal candidate should have experience in product development and legal writing. Here are the key requirements for the project:

- Develop a term sheet for the final product
- Ensure the term sheet includes all necessary legal and regulatory requirements for a healthcare physical product
- Work with me to ensure the term sheet meets my specific needs and requirements
- Prior experience in developing term sheets for physical products in the healthcare industry is preferred
