I need a post nuptial agreement for marriage that protects mine and my husbands individual businesses from one spouse making a claim to the other spouses business in the event of a divorce.
This post nup is for businesses created independently (by one spouse) for the entire duration of the marriage and protects all businesses registered after July 27th 2021.
Any business created together, properties bought together, or joint income made are not included in this post nuptial agreement.
