Patent Ready Real Estate App

I’m building a property-listing application that must run smoothly on iOS, Android and the web. Users will be able to publish, browse and bookmark residential or commercial listings, then place reservation deposits or pay marketing fees directly inside the app. To handle those transactions I need native integration for credit / debit cards, PayPal and standard bank transfers, all processed through a PCI-compliant gateway with clear receipts and refund handling.

Because a patent application is already under way, the codebase and documentation have to be structured so that the unique workflow I’m claiming can be demonstrated unambiguously. I’ll provide the patent draft; you help translate the functional flow into technical diagrams, inline comments and a short white-paper style overview that the patent attorney can reference.

I don’t mind whether you choose React Native, Flutter or separate native stacks, as long as the interface and behaviour stay consistent across phone, tablet and browser. A lightweight web admin panel for listing moderation, payment reconciliation and basic analytics is also required.

Deliverables

• Brief technical dossier (diagrams + description) supporting the patent filing
• Deployment guide and two weeks of post-launch bug fixing
