Paralegal for Business Purchase and Licensing
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a paralegal to do online filings in reference to a business purchase, assist with transfer and purchase of business, Set up appointment with Authorities for fingerprints and background check for liquor license. New LLC (partnership) is already formed and obtained status of good standing and EIN number.
Here is what's left to do -and payment will be awarded when we receive confirmation from Florida state.
1) Re-Sales Tax Certificate- must fill out a Form DR-1 www.floridarevenue.com (I believe that i did this wrong initially so it needs to be redone)
2)DBPR – apply with health department and check mark (Existing Restaurant)
