I am looking for a qualified and skilled paralegal to assist me in evaluating and preparing a civil case that I will be handling on my own. This case involves significant legal issues, including:

- Material Breach of Contract
- Breach of the Implied Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing
- Fraudulent Misrepresentation
- Violations of State Consumer Protection Laws
- Unjust Enrichment
- Negligent Misrepresentation
- Conversion

The jurisdictions relevant to this case include Tennessee (TN), Nevada (NV), and South Carolina (SC), with a preference for candidates who have experience with the laws of NV or TN.

Key Qualifications:

- Certified Paralegal (NALA CP, NFPA RP, or equivalent national certification preferred)
- Alternatively, candidates currently working under a licensed attorney or law firm in one of the specified states will be considered
- Strong knowledge of contract law and consumer protection regulations in at least one of the target states
- Prior experience assisting pro se litigants or managing small business civil cases is advantageous

Responsibilities:

- Assess the details and documentation related to my case to identify the most effective legal strategy
- Help organize and prepare necessary filings and evidence in accordance with court standards
- Provide guidance on jurisdiction-specific court procedures and documentation requirements
- Establish and manage agreed-upon milestones to monitor progress and ensure budget efficiency
