My Business has a menu of civil litigations. Seeking aggressive, responsible and active counsel with availability to manage and cap the 3.5+ million in claims and debt with situations like business arbitration claim worth over 2.2mm. Follow up claim needs to be filed against property owner 1.8mm claim.
Industry contract 200k license purchase. Seller was paid 100k. Became unreasonable directed all future contact to his attorney.
Landlord theft of 26k and caused eviction. Admitted debt on record multiple personal relations and legal counsel can attest to defendant admission of guilt and promise to repay. Became unresponsive.
Employee misconduct, theft, blackmail attempts, threats and intent to cause core administrative deficiencies with potential for uncomfortable positions.
Few smaller claims or debt collection amounts.
Feel there are two ways to handle my legal needs that would make me comfortable. If single attorney or firm, require they have the time availability for my cases be part of their daily review and make the required case action a priority.
However, if no individual or firm has the availability or legal experience to take on the task, then the cases can be divided between multiple counsel.
My budget to get the ball rolling for all my legal needs mentioned is 10k. My expectations are results based. My bases for results is plan and activity.
My claims and debt collections chain of events are all confirmed by my first hand experience and knowledge of each situation with written evidence and multiple witness that can attest with first hand knowledge.
Willing to agree with a contingent arrangement.
