Paralegal Assisted Divorce in Portland Oregon

Assistance with a divorce filing in Portland, Oregon. The husband is filing and is willing to sign everything over to the wife. 3 children from the marriage. One is an adult (18), one is being raised by a relative (16), and the youngest (14) is in the custody of the mother. Father is willing to sign custody to the mother who lives in Florida. Client is the father, Timothy Thompson, but is being assisted by his sister (me), Cyndy Brissenden, at his request. A Petition was filed and rejected previously by the Broward County Courts because paperwork was incomplete. Need help figuring out why.
