Nonexclusive Sales Representative Agreement
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Need a contract for my company's digital goods (apps) sales and marketing representative. Nonexclusive, as independent contractors. I want it very simple with simple language. I have 6-7 things I want to include (after reading many templates), but would love to get a professional lawyer on it, so I don't forget any important stuff.
