New terms and conditions and contract for self employed
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I am setting up an online platform for cleaning. I will use staff and independent cleaners/companies to provide the services. I need t&c's for the clients and for the self-employed workers.
A company supporting our move Glimmr.co.uk are an excellent place to look for a similar service, but they only use independent cleaners we use both independent and employees. The employee is employed by us under AC Elite Cleaners. Our platform ( not live yet but can be viewed) is www.needacleaner.co.uk
attached are our current T & C's for AC Elite which covers our employees but not sure this will be suitable for use on the platform.
1) if using both employees and independent cleaners on the platform will this work for the T & C's to clients for contract purposes?
2) Will I need to separate the two businesses and AC Elite supply cleaners for the needacleaner platform?
3) We will need a cancellation part to the terms and conditions?
