I am an app developer and have clients I need to send agreements/contracts to clients.
I have already 2 agreement "templates" I have found which is close to what my project implies.
I need the following:
1- Consultation call to discuss all key points (15-25)min call
2- I made already an agreement draft which needs to be built on
3- The agreement should be compatible for the EU laws
4- I will share my business model I need suggestions for the agreement/contract
