Need lawyer to review & provide feedback for leasing (Prices, Heads of Terms, & Leasing Agreement)
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
This is a very small project for leasing a place which will need a double check from a lawyer side to provide the feedback and know if everything is ok, so we can respond to the landlord through the email. The work includes the following:
1) Prices provided through the email and required a double check from a lawyer point of view to provide his/her feedback as I saw some differences from the amount that the landlord provided before through the email 3 months ago and the one they shared in the Head of Terms now. So, this is needs to be verified and provide a feedback.
2) After reviewing both prices and Head of terms, the landlord will provide a leasing agreement/contract on February next month, so I will need someone to look at it, explain, and provide his/her feedback.
Since the leasing agreement/contract will be provided on Feb, the payment will be in 2 phases.
