Need a lawyer to handle unpaid Amazon returns.

I need a lawyer in the US to help me recover almost 5000$ in merchandise returned to Amazon in the past months. I noticed I never got refunded, even if all goods were sent back unopened or in teh condition I received them.
I am currently a US citizen but been working abroad for several years.
I wanted to submit a small court case or similar.
