Need help with my trademark process. I already registered for a trademark, now received a USPTO official notice to respond.

I need help with my trademark process as I have received an official notice from USPTO to respond to an Office Action. I have a deadline of 1-2 weeks to submit the response. While I don't currently have access to a legal professional, I am open to hiring one for guidance and assistance.
