I need a co director for my ltd in the uk.
The person should be able to be a director in the UK and minimum 18 years old.
The tasks of the person will just sign contracts in the name of the company. The main problem is that the currently disqualify for the most contracts.
We will create you a contract that you dont be legally responsible for any business activitys, all fees within this signed contracts will be paid by the business and all responsibles that a director have will be excute by the currently director.
