Need UK based Contracts / Sales Person from UK to bring IT projects to company

Hi, you must be based in UK only and be aware of outside IR35 contracts. We are looking for a Sales / Contracts person to bring IT projects outside IR35 to our IT consultancy company regularly. Your Jobs involves finding new clients in UK using LinkedIn / Google search and represent our company and close a deal i.e., get a successful IT contract outside IR35. We need IT contracts for the following roles 'Front-end developer', 'React Developer;, 'Backend Developer, 'Full stack developer', 'PHP developer'.
Upon successful signing of contract, you are paid your bid price. You will be paid separately for each contract, this Bid should be for closing 1 successful contract. If the contract is not signed then you would continue to search and bring more clients, you will be getting paid for each successful contract you bring in to the company. This is a long-term opportunity for you to work as contracts manager, eventually we may take your support for additional duties like Contracts manager and pay you additional for it.
