More detail on contract: I am the buyer of a manufactured home in a mobile park. It's an owner contract between the seller and buyer (me). I want to move the home out of the park, but when I contacted the seller, I was told by them I could not move the home out of the park for duration of the loan and that this was part of the contract. I have had 3 different people read the contract (I've read it 3x), and none of us can identify the clause in the contract. I have requested 2x from the seller to identify wher this info is in the contract, and both times they have failed to respond.
I need verification if such a clause exists in the contract.
