I'm looking to create a Mortgage Broker Agreement to protect us as brokers and to give to borrowers to sign. As mortgage brokers we only work in the Private Lending Space. We do not principate in conventional lending.
I would like the agreement to provide arbitration under the rules of American Arbitration Association.
I would like to make sure any hearing will be held in our own hometown
I would like to make sure the contract forbids the award of attorney fees and a non-circumvention clause
Any suggestions would be great!
