Looking to purchase dissolved company. I need three documents (7-pages) in total reviewed.

I'm looking to purchase a recently dissolved company here in GA for its name value and history. The owner acknowledges that they do have some outstanding debt and back taxes on a property they own under the business name. The property is looking like it is going to go to a tax deed foreclosure auction next month. I need three (7-page total) contracts reviewed to make sure they have all the verbage necessary to allow me to purchase the business and stake my interest in the property as the new owner.
