Looking for a freelance lawyer to work under my agency on a freelance website

I am looking for a freelance lawyer to work under my agency as a lawyer on a freelance website. I will facilitate the projects but the lawyer will need to compare the work. This is purely a legal fee arrangement where my agency shall retain 40% and the freelance lawyer shall retain 60% of the legal fees.
