Legal Malpractice Case Review & Affidavit
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m seeking an Arizona-licensed attorney or legal ethics expert with substantial experience in legal malpractice and Arizona’s attorney conduct standards. This is a limited-scope project for a self-represented litigant involving review of a malpractice case and, if appropriate, the preparation of an affidavit of merit under A.R.S. § 12-2602.
Compensation is offered for a focused case review and the affidavit, if warranted.
Requirements:
Active Arizona law license
Experience with legal malpractice matters
Familiarity with Arizona’s ethical standards and rules of professional conduct
