As a business owner (Verandah and Carport Construction) I am seeking to create a Legal Domestic Building Contract to ensure that both our business and the client are protected.
I already have a specific format in mind that I would like to work with, the standard building contract, but in regards to payment from a client there is only a deposit and one final payment, no progress payments. With this in mind, I am seeking assistance in creating a comprehensive and enforceable contract that ensures everyone’s safety, interests and expectations are met.
