Budget: $1,000 – $5,000 USD
I am currently dealing with an employment case involving issues of discrimination and wrongful termination. I'm seeking legal assistance from a skilled freelancer who is experienced in employment law.
Ideal skills and experience:
- understanding and knowledge in PA employment law
- Proven expertise in discrimination and wrongful termination cases
- Proficient in representing facts and negotiating outcomes
Application Requirements:
To provide the best chance of success, I would need a detailed project proposal that outlines:
- Your approach to my case
- Expected costs involved
-need you to complete a "Set Aside motion to default" as the one I completed is sufficient but not from an attorney
Payment Method:
Is negotiable. Would prefer flat fee for services rendered. This is a non-case (the evidence is stacked in our favor and the LLC being sued will actually dissolve anyway in a few months). I would represent my business but that is illegal in PA so I essentially need you to out your name on my work.
