Legal Contract drafting

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to draft a legal contract outlining a working relationship between two organizations in Costa Rica. I have a list of specific terms that need to be included in the contract so the freelancer should be able to take the terms drafted and incorporate them into the final document. No additional documents are needed. The freelancer should review all of the details of the project and suggest changes if needed. The freelancer should also be able to generate a plan for the drafting and completion of the contract. Finally, the freelancer should be able to deliver the final document in a timely manner, without any mistakes or errors.
