Legal and Board Functions- Launch and Support Scalable Operations
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
Mission: Launch and Support the Legal and Board functions a high-growth technology company.
Initial support to include 2 senior executives.
Launch of Operations to include: configuration report(s), as needeed; on-boarding guidance, training, and support resource provision and identification; validation of solution by users under actual conditions of real-world use.
Experience, qualifications, and references in legal and board operations, research, support, and Microsoft 365 a must.
All levels- from JD, paralegal, to manager and admin will be considered.
Ability to do onsite training and work in La Jolla UTC California 92122 and/or Plano TX 75093 a must.
Carta, Microsoft, Adobe, etc. certifications a major plus.
