Lawyer - Breach of contract

Need a lawyer to sue our residential landlord. The property has not had any requested maintenance or repairs for over two years. Rent is $7,500/month. Looking for a partial return or rent, not specific performance on completing the repairs. We would prefer someone who would be aggressive in this matter.
