UK Law Expert for Disclosure Review Document, Practice Direction PD57AD

Seeking guidance over the phone or video call on how to fulfil requirements for a Disclosure Review Document relating to a High Court Lawsuit I am a litigant in person for, I have a direct access barrister. I just need guidance, I can do the work myself. I know I need to search my emails related to each issue and number them, I don't know if I can put it all in pdf or provide attachments of the emails. I will need to prepare a disclosure certificate and an extended disclosure list of documents. You must be familiar with this and English law, thank you.
