LLC & Partnership Agreements - Virtual Golf + Restaurant partnership

We are seeking legal advice and support on establishing an LLC to support a new business endeavor opening a virtual golf business in partnership with a local restaurant owner. The partnership between us and the owner will be a rev split on golf while they provide all rent, liability, staff, and other operating responsibilities. We only provide the golf equipment, installation, education, and repairs. In addition to this, we will have a partnership with a the provider of golf equipment for service and licensing.

So we need three things 1) Support and advise of letter of incorporation on our LLC 2) Support on drafting a partnership agreement with the restaurant and 3) Support and edits on services and license agreement with the golf equipment provider.
