JAFZA Offshore Holding Company Setup
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am ready to establish a holding company and need a JAFZA-approved agent who can steer the entire process for both a classic offshore structure and a full-fledged JAFZA free-zone entity. My main priority is getting every legal requirement right the first time—articles of association, share structure, compliance with UAE Companies Law, and all registrations through the JAFZA portal.
From the first strategy call to the moment the incorporation certificate and license are in hand, I expect end-to-end guidance: mapping the most tax-efficient structure, drafting and vetting the constitutional documents, liaising with the registrar, obtaining all NOCs, and making sure no step is missed. If there are procedural distinctions between offshore and free-zone routes, I want them laid out clearly so we can decide quickly.
Deliverables I must receive
• Step-by-step timeline with authority touchpoints and fees
• Fully incorporated holding company (offshore and/or JAFZA—final form to be confirmed)
• Complete legal pack: MOA/AOA, registration certificates, and any shareholder resolutions
• Written compliance brief outlining ongoing obligations and renewal dates
Fluent knowledge of UAE corporate law, previous success setting up JAFZA entities, and direct portal access are essential. If you can also coordinate the initial bank account introduction, let me know—that would be a bonus.
