Help negotiating employment agreement for startup founder - USA Attorney ONLY

I need assistance in reviewing and editing an employment agreement for myself. I sold my company to a competitor who merged companies together. I was given an option grant in the sale and I am now being asked to join them full time. I have a single trigger vesting acceleration clause that states I fully vest if terminated without cause. I need assistance defining what "cause" is to ensure I am completely protected. Should be a relatively quick and easy project, few hours maybe.
