HYPERLEDGER FABRIC SMART CONTRACT

I am looking for a freelancer who can develop a Hyperledger Fabric smart contract for a power purchase agreement for a microgrid. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing smart contracts in the Hyperledger Fabric framework and should be familiar with power purchase agreements.
Requirements:
- Develop a smart contract for a power purchase agreement in a microgrid using Hyperledger Fabric
- The smart contract should be able to handle power sales and management within the microgrid
- The smart contract should also include identity management features with user interfaces to capture fields
- The smart contract should be of intermediate complexity, ensuring efficient and secure execution
Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in the Hyperledger Fabric framework
- Experience in developing smart contracts for asset transfer, supply chain management, and identity management
- Strong understanding of power purchase agreements.
- Ability to develop smart contracts of intermediate complexity, ensuring efficiency and security in execution
