Government Contract Specialist for Janitorial Services

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I am a registered government contractor on SAM.gov and looking for an experienced government contract specialist to help me find, bid, and win contracts in the janitorial services industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Total Small Business Set-Asides, writing winning proposals, and negotiating competitive pricing with subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities:
✅ Find and identify government contracts for janitorial services (federal, state, and local level).
✅ Analyze solicitations (RFQs, RFPs, IFBs) and determine bid strategy.
✅ Write compelling proposals that increase the chances of winning.
✅ Source and vet subcontractors & suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
✅ Ensure compliance with government regulations (SAM.gov, FAR, small business set-aside requirements).
✅ Develop a pricing and execution plan to stay competitive and profitable.
✅ Assist in bid submissions and follow-ups.

Requirements:
? Proven experience in government contracting, especially with janitorial services.
? Strong knowledge of Total Small Business Set-Aside contracts.
? Proposal writing expertise with a track record of successful bids.
? Ability to analyze pricing strategies and negotiate competitive rates.
? Experience working with SAM.gov, USASpending.gov, and FPDS.
? Knowledge of government compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ Experience winning janitorial service contracts.
⭐ Knowledge of GSA schedules and federal procurement databases.
⭐ Existing network of subcontractors and suppliers for janitorial services.

Payment Structure:
? Open to fixed-rate, retainer + success fee, or commission-based arrangements.
