Garden Lease Split Mediation
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I’m looking for a property lawyer who can guide three neighbouring flats—two freeholds and one leasehold—through a fair, legally sound division of our currently shared garden. Your primary role will be to mediate the discussions so we reach an equitable agreement on boundaries and usage rights that everyone accepts.
Once we settle the plan, I’ll also need you to update each flat’s existing lease so the new boundaries are fully reflected and enforceable with the Land Registry and any relevant local authorities. I’m not asking for brand-new documents from scratch; rather, I want our current leases amended accurately and filed correctly.
My priority is a smooth process that keeps relations cordial while ensuring every legal detail stands up to future scrutiny. If you have solid experience in lease amendments, property mediation, and UK garden or common-area splits, I’d like to hear how you would approach this and how quickly you could move from initial meeting to signed updates.
