Far Stars agreement

I am looking for someone to create an Agreement for my business. The agreement should outline the terms of our partnership, including all associated responsibilities and obligations. Furthermore, a number of additional clauses will be needed in order to ensure that both parties are adequately protected. The agreement should also specify the payment terms, and should be valid for a long-term period.
