Ethereum Vesting Smart Contract Development -- 2

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a vesting smart contract on Ethereum with a linear release schedule that can be revoked if necessary.
Key Features:
- Token release must follow a fixed schedule. Starting 23rd July, then on 23rd of every month, for 9 months.
- The vesting smart contract should be designed to allow token revocation, and only the smart contract owner should have the authority to revoke the vested tokens.
The contract needs to be integrated with tuitwallet.com to show Total tokens, total unlocked tokens, tokens available to withdraw, and a withdraw function. The react frontend exists just need to integrate the contract.
