Drafting final settlement agreement following annulment

Need drafting of Final Settlement agreement between husband and wife to settle financial and legal dispute following annulment granted in the UK. Agreenent to include settlement conditions applicable in India also as Wedding had happened in India under Hindu Marriage Act.
