We are a Hotel and an art gallery has offered to place their artwork in the Hotel for display to promote their artists. Neither party will pay any fees to the other party.
Hotel benefits as the Hotel guests will be able to enjoy the artwork free of cost.
We would like a contract that protects the Hotel from any liability in case of loss. Hotel shall not be responsible for any loss.
