Dispatch agreement creation and formatting

Need someone to rewrite the whole contract agreement I have in place and format it properly, remove any blank spaces and for the blank lines, create spaces to fill in instead of lines.

Include company logo on eacy page wxcept for the W9 document. CHange the green on first page and any other to match the color of the logo.
