I'm seeking a qualified lawyer to draft essential legal documents for my crypto trading business. The agreements will be used for both retail and institutional clients and must comply with both local and international regulations.
The company is incorporated in St Lucia and is not required to hold a license to operate a Cryptocurrency brokerage business. The client agreement should be designed to provide maximum protection to the business and be in line with our current agreement with our platform provider.
