Create a Proposal for an item and an NDA

I am looking for a freelancer to create a proposal for a physical product and an NDA. The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in proposal writing and legal document drafting.
The project involves the following:
- Creating a new proposal for a physical product: The freelancer will be responsible for researching the product, understanding its features and benefits, and crafting a compelling proposal that highlights its unique selling points. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential for this task
