I need someone to create a professional contract.
The job is pretty simple.
The contract is between me and a freelancer that I will hire in the future.
The freelancer will create a pre-recorded course with certain criteria for a fee paid on the website of Freelancer. I need the contract to include me having all the rights to use the videos. However, the Freelancer can't use any of his created content on any online platform unless with signed approval from me. This is very important.
Also, the instructor must provide the Powerpoint slides and the materials used in creating the course.
I need the contract to include my name with my address and an empty space for the freelancer's name and his location. In addition to space for the fee paid. Moreover, other spaces for the signatures will be done using Adobe software.
