Contractor agreement for my property management company

As the owner of a property management company, I need to create a contractor agreement that defines what services I provide, payment timelines, and any legal requirements. This agreement should include a non-disclosure clause to protect proprietary information. I need an experienced freelancer who is familiar with creating effective contract agreements in order to ensure that everything is done correctly and in accordance with applicable laws. I do not have a specific timeline in mind, so the freelancer is free to take as much time as needed to produce a well-crafted agreement.

Base Commission split : 75-25 ( 75% For Contractor and 25% Property management company )
