Contract Writer Required
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Looking for someone who can write a marketing contract for me
1. I am as company accepting marketing assignment from someone.
2. Work includes making and running Website, Merchandise Store, YouTube Channel, Facebook Pages, Insta, etc...
3. Company will pay me 3.1% + GST for revenue generated by us as Marketing Fees
4. There are Investment components, if Investment is done by me then I am owner of it and company wants to buy it from me, they needs to pay 5 years revenue to me.
5. Any investment is done by them, they will give me free access to that.
6. In the contract mention that I am promising 4% + ROI to Company.
7. All advertising & marketing expenses will be bared by company.
Any one from legal background please help ne with this. Your responsibility is that I should be legally covered.
