Contract Terms Review

We require a freelancer to perform reviews of client issued service contracts for our projects on an ongoing basis. Understanding of Australian law is essential.
We're a professional services firm based in Sydney - we are issued with service contracts by our clients on a regular basis, when we agree to tender and/or are commissioned to provide services to them.
Our contract reviewer should review terms and conditions of client issued service contracts to:
- identify risks and provide advice/guidance for the purposes of negotiating terms with clients;
- identify conflicts with our standard terms and conditions
- assist in responding to client notes/exceptions, including providing an assessment of ongoing contract risk
- ensure indemnity levels in contracts are consistent with our insurance policies
