3. Develop and review cap tables for equity distribution and management.
4. Research government contract requirements and draft compliant documents.
5. Exhibit persuasive communication skills for presenting findings or recommendations.
6. Utilize modern tools for efficient research and drafting processes.
Key Expertise Needed:
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property law, business systems, and government contracts.
- Proven experience in legal research, contract drafting, and leadership roles.
- Familiarity with modern research tools and software.
- Ability to balance initial discovery work with potential equity-based compensation structures.
Compensation Structure:
- Initial discussions and document preparation: $20–$35 USD per hour or equivalent project rate.
